By accessing or using wdym (the “App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts
To use the App, you must sign in using Apple ID and create a username to interact with other users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Age Restrictions
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Use of the App
The App allows you to connect to various messaging services and offers personalized suggestions and insights. You can also chat with other users who have signed up for the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the App.

5. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you share within the App. You agree not to share, upload, or transmit any content that:
Is unlawful, abusive, or harassing
Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
Contains explicit, obscene, or sexually inappropriate material
Violates the intellectual property rights of others

6. Reporting Objectionable Content & Blocking Users
If you encounter any content or behavior that you find objectionable or harmful, you can report it by sending an email to support@wdymchat.com. Additionally, you have the ability to block users directly within the App.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for additional features. Any in-app purchases are subject to the terms and conditions provided within the App. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and cancellation policies apply as stated in the App store.

8. Privacy and Data Use

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the App or its users.
